Students in "Buddy" classrooms in Ms. Iles' 1st grade and Ms. Cimino's 3rd grade got together today for an iPad project. They created short videos about their buddies using the Animoto App for the iPad. The 3rd graders were instructed to give verbal directions and to let the 1st graders do all the "driving". The 1st graders caught on fast and it was wonderful to see the 3rd graders in a leadership role. It was fun to see them pick out music together and practice spelling and writing. Way to go!
