Our district decided upon two different styles of cases. The cover chosen for the MS/HS is the Targus Versavu because of it's 360 rotation features and it's ability to protect the corners. Amazon carries the Targus Versavu. The first case that was used during the HS pilot didn't protect the corners well enough. The case chosen for the elementary school is the Speck Pixel Skin, a rubberized iPad case that is tough, sturdy and protects the corners well. So far we have found this case to be really stiff and only allows landscape viewing. Even at that, it's tough to roll the back flap properly and it sometimes it rolls out leaving the iPad flat. BPE has ordered BookZup to use on student's desks, as suggested by Laura Wright at Eanes Elementary. We do not at this time use screen protectors. |
